                                   JUDGMENT

After arguing for some time, particularly

noticing the contents of paragraph No.4 of the

additional counter affidavit to the effect that

specific pleadings with regard to the submission of

application on behalf of the petitioner in the

Department of Environmental Studies were not only

emphatically denied but asserted that no such

application was made, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks the liberty of this Court for

withdrawal of the writ petition.

Writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
