       2. SAJUMON @ BINOY AGED 39 YEARS S/O. SADHANANDHAN, POUVATHU
          VADAKKETHIL HOUSE, AYYAMKUNNU AMSAM, EDAPPUZHA, KANNUR DISTRICT -
          PIN - 670 704.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

           STATE OF KERALA REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
           KERALA, ERNAKULAM, PIN - 682 031.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to issue an order suspending the execution of the
   sentence passed against the petitioner in C.C No 618 of 2007 on the file
   of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mattannoor as confirmed with
   modification of sentence by Judgment in Crl.Appeal No 310 of 2013 on the
   file of the Court of Addl.Sessions -III, Thalassery and direct them to be
   released on bail, pending final disposal of the above Criminal Revision
   Petition.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this court's order dated 05/03/2020 in crl.M.A No
   1/2019    and upon hearing the arguments of         SRI.M.T.SURESHKUMAR,
   SRI.R.RENJITH, Advocates for the petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for
   the respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time for final hearing.

Post after two months.

Interim order shall stand extended till then.
