                            ORDER

(Dated this the 7th day of September, 2021)

The prayer in this petition is for review of the judgment in WP(C) No.17926 of 2021 in view of the fact that as per the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 3.9.2021 in S.L.P.(C) No.13570 of 2021, the off-line examinations of Class XI students (First year Higher secondary exam) has been called off owing to the severe covid -19 pandemic situation. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the time of hearing the Writ Petition, relied upon the judgment of this court dated 27.7.2021 in W.P.(C) No.13509 of 2021, whereby all off-line examinations declared by the University were declared ultra vires and were quashed. Considering the fact that the aforementioned judgment was stayed by the Division Bench, dismissed the present Writ Petition seeking postponement of the BA LLB examinations scheduled to RP NO. 587 OF 2021

be commenced from 9th September 2021. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, I recall the judgment dated 3.9.2021 whereby the Writ Petition was disposed of with liberty to make representation for consideration for holding the examination offline and online mode.

Review Petition stands disposed of and the judgment dated 3.9.2021 in WP(C) No.17926 of 2021 stands recalled.
