        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the impugned decree and judgment dated 30.07.2018 in AS.No.575 of 2015
   of the Additional District Court, Neyyattinkara, pending final disposal of
   the above regular second appeal, to meet the ends of justice.


        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 6.3.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANEESH JAMES,
