      perusing the letter dated 05/08/2021 from Judicial First Class

      Magistrate-II, Aluva and this Court's order dated 24/06/2021, the

      court on the same day passed the following.

                                         ORDER

By judgment dated 08/02/2021, this court had directed the Judicial

First Class Magistrate-II, Aluva to dispose CC.No.1621 of 2015 within two

month. The Learned Magistrate has requested to extend the time by a

further period of three months. The communication reveals that

examination of witness has commenced and the case could not be disposed of

within the time limit stipulated for reasons beyond the control of the

Learned Magistrate.

Being so, the time limit stipulated in the judgment dated 08/02/2021

is extended by a further period of three months from today.
