           Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings
   pursuant to Exhibit P5 order and P6 judgment pending disposal of this original petition
   (civil) in the interest of justice.
           This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
   affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated 19.2.2021 and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.RAJESH & M.SHAJU PURUSHOTHAMAN, Advocates for
   the petitioners and of M/S.JAMSHEED HAFIZ & K.K.NESNA, Advocates for the
   respondents 1&2, the court passed the following:
