        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of judgment and decree dated 26.02.2019 in OS.No.71/2012 of the Munsiff
   Court,Sasthamcotta,in the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2021 in AS.No.29
   of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Karunagappally from in the interest of
   justice and equity.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.HARISH GOPINATH & ARYA UNNIKRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioners,
   the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

All further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree in AS.No.29/2019 of the Sub Court, Karunagappally, arising from the judgment and decree dated 26.02.2019 in OS.No.71/2012 of the Munsiff Court,Sasthamcotta, stand stayed for a period of three months.
