        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay operation and
   execution of judgment and decree dated 22.06.2019 in AS.No.96 of 2013 on
   the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thalassery arising from judgment and
   decree dated 24.10.2013 in OS.No.411 of 2011 on the file of the Munsiff's
   Court, Kuthuparamba, pending disposal of the above Regular Second Appeal.


        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 06.08.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SURENDRAN &
   S.MAYUKHA, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.P.S.BINU & ZUBAIR
   PULIKKOOL, Advocates for the Respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order stands extended by three months.
