          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to issue the certified
   copies of the Paper Book / Memorandum of Execution Second Appeal in
   ESA.No.4/1983 before this Hon'ble Court along with the copies of the
   impugned judgments / orders passed by the courts below filed by the
   appellant        therein   as   well   as   the     judgment   dated   10.10.1988   in
   ESA.No.4/1983 before this Hon'ble Court.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of S. RANJIT (KOTTAYAM), GOKUL DAS V. V. H. Advocates for the
   Petitioner/Stranger, the court passed the following:

This application is filed to issue certified copies of the paper book/memorandum of Execution Second Appeal in ESA.No.4/1983 before this Court along with the copies of the impugned judgments/orders passed by the courts below as well as the judgment dated 10.10.1988 in ESA.No.4/1983 of this Court.
