                             JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. Call for the records pertaining to Exhibit P-8 award of contract and quash the same by the issue of a writ of certiorari or such other writ order or direction.

ii. To declare that the 5th respondent is not qualified to award Exhibit P3 tender.

iii. Issue Writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, directing 4 th Respondent to award the contract to the Petitioner.

iv. Issue such other writs, orders or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to issue in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. The Standing Counsel for the Kerala State

Electricity Board submitted that the above work was already W.P.(C).No.10164/2021

allotted to the 5th respondent even before filing the writ

petition and now the work is completed.

In such circumstances, the prayers in this writ petition

are infructuous. Therefore this writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
