        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue a direction commanding the respondents to appoint the
   petitioners through category change from Strong Room Guard to Lower
   Division Clerk/Sub Group Officer Grade-II from Exhibit P9 seniority list
   in the existing vacancy after complying with the direction in Exhibit P10
   judgment.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s.B.HARISH KUMAR, ANJALY JOSEPH Advocates for the petitioners and of
   STANDING COUNSEL for respondents, the court passed the following:

Learned Standing Counsel for the Board takes notice for both the respondents.
