   RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS:

           STATE OF KERALA,REPRESENTED BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
           KERALA, ERNAKULAM, (THROUGH S.I. OF POLICE, VENMONY).

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment and fine
   imposed on the petitioners by judgment dated 22.10.2021 in
   Crl.A.No.172/2017 on the files of the Additional District and Sessions
   Judge-I,Mavelikkara which confirmed the judgment dated 30.08.2017 in
   S.C.No.826/2014 on the files oof the Assistant Sessions
   Court,Chengannur,pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application, and upon hearing the arguments of H.JAWHAR, Advocate for the
   petitioners and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent,the court passed the
   following:

                                            ORDER

Sentence shall stand suspended on the petitioners executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court and also on depositing the fine amount before trial court within a period of 30 days from today.
