The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Standing Counsel for the respondent submit that during

the pendency of the writ petition and after the interim

order dated 06/10/2021, an amount of Rs.11,50,000/-

(Rupees Eleven lakhs fifty thousand only) has been

deposited before the Tribunal. In view thereof, the learned

counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

writ petition without prejudice to the rights. Permission

granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
