        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operations
   and enforcement of the preliminary decree in the final decree proceeding
   in AS.84/2018 before the II Addl.District Judge, Kollam dated 01.01.2020,
   against the decree and judgment dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Sub Court,
   Punalur in OS.No.50/2016, pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 03.08.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.C.M.ANDREWS,
   SRI.P.T.MOHANKUMAR, SRI.SHYAM PADMAN, SMT.BOBBY M.SEKHAR, KUM.LAYA MARY
   JOSEPH, SMT.IRENE ABRAHAM, SRI.HARISH ABRAHAM, Advocates for the
