  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to pass order, staying judgment dated 26.08.2020 in A.S. No.85/2019 of the
Hon'ble Subordinate Judge's Court, Attingal and all further proceedings in O.S No.420/2015
before the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Varkala, in the interest of justice.
