Heard.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that application

for registration of his workers under Rule 26A of the Kerala Headload

Workers Rules submitted on 20.01.2021 (Exts.P1 to P4) are still

pending for consideration with the 1st respondent and those be

directed to be decided in a given time frame.

3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st

respondent submits that the 1st respondent shall decide those

applications within a period of six weeks from today.

Accepting the said statement made by the learned Government

Pleader on instructions from the 1 st respondent, the petition is

disposed of with a direction to the 1 st respondent to decide the

applications at Exts.P1 to P4 within a period of six weeks from today

by following due process of law.
