       Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the circumstances stated in
the appeal memorandum the High Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation
of the judgment WP(C) No.17796/2020 dated 02.02.2021, until the disposal of this Writ
Appeal.
        This Writ Appeal coming on for admission on 22.03.2021 upon perusing the appeal
memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:-

For information purpose only Gopinath, J.

Admit. The learned Government Pleader is requested to get instructions

and file an affidavit regarding the question as to whether there is a post of

Principal in the Netaji Higher Secondary School, Pathanamthitta. In the

meanwhile, there will be an interim stay of operation of the impugned

judgment as also any proceedings issued by the Manager of the said School

appointing the 5th respondent as Principal.

Post immediately after filing of the affidavit.
