           This Contempt of Court Case (Civil) having come up for orders on

19/03/2021, the Court on the same day passed the following:-

                                        O R D E R

In compliance with the directions issued by this Court on 12/03/2021, for and on behalf of the respondent, an affidavit is filed before this Court stating that the writ appeal filed against the judgment in question is pending consideration and there is no wilful laches or deliberate attempt on the part of the respondent to comply with the directions contained in the judgment. It is also stated in the affidavit that respondent is not in station and he is undergoing training in Mussorie, Uttarakhand, which only persuaded the deponent to place affidavit before this Court in compliance with the directions issued by this Court on 12/03/2021.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner intends to file a reply to the affidavit.
