Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the aﬃdavit ﬁled therewith the High
Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the Judgment dated 26-06-2020
in IC No.9/2014 passed by the Employees Insurance Court, Alappuzha, pending disposal of the
above appeal.

This application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the application and the aﬃdavit
ﬁled in support thereof, and this Court's Order dated 01.10.2020 and upon hearing the
