                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of March 2021

The petition is with the following prayers.

(I) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondent to consider Ext.P3 request submitted by the petitioner endorsement of tax at non-transport rate and pass necessary orders in the matter to endorse tax at the rate applicable to non-transport vehicle.

2. As the petitioner has prayed for limited relief of directing

the respondent to consider the representation at Ext.P3 for

endorsement of tax at the non transport rate, the petition is disposed

of with the following direction.

The respondent to consider the representation at Ext.P3 within a

period of six weeks from the date of communication of order of this

Court. The petitioner to communicate the judgment of this Court to

the respondent for his compliance.
