    Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of
Judgment dated 16.10.2019 in A.S.No.91 of 2016 of the Court of Addl.
District Judge-VI, Kollam and all further proceedings in O.S. No. 642 of
2011 before the Court of the Principal Munsiff, Kollam, until disposal of
the above appeal.
     This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
order dated 11-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JACOB
