  Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be
pleased to suspend the sentence in judgment dated 22.11.2018 in C.C.726/2014
of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court,Kayamkulam and judgment dated
25.08.2020 in Criminal Appeal No.232/2018 of Additional Sessions Judge-
II,Mavelikkara.


  This application coming on for admission upon perusing the application and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.R.SASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and
the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following
                                     ORDER

Execution of sentence imposed on the petitioner is suspended on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like amount,to the satisfaction of the trial court and on remittance of the fine imposed.
