                                  JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the

following reliefs:

1) Issue a writ of declaration, declaring that the petitioner is entitled to attend the second semester examination conducted by the third respondent and that the action of the respondents cancelling the registration of the petitioner for the first and second semester examinations who is duly admitted is illegal and arbitrary.

2) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the second semester examination.

3) To refund any fees in the circumstance the respondents have not finalised the admission.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has

become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
