   Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to
judgment dated 28-09-2020 of E.I. Court Alappuzha in I.C.A. No.05/2014, till the
disposal of Insurance Appeal.
  This application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.
THOMAS MATHEW NELLIMOOTTIL, Advocate for the applicant, the court
passed the following
                                      ORDER

This is an application filed to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment in I.C.A. No.5/2014 of the Employees Insurance court, Alappuzha. After considering the averments in the affidavit in support of the application, Perusing the impugned award and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, I am satisfied that all further proceedings in ICA 5/2014 has to be stayed.

Hence, all further proceedings in ICA 5/2014 will stand stayed for a period of three months.
