  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the

High Court be pleased to revive and extend the interim order dated 23.05.2019 granted

in I.A. No.1/2019 staying the order of eviction passed by the Rent Control Appellate

Authority/Addl. District Court, Vatakara in RCA 200/2017 confirming the Judgment

passed by the Rent Control Court, Vatakara in RCP 13/2016, pending disposal of the

above Rent Control Revision.

  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the

affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated 25-02-2020 in IA 1 of 2019

and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.KRISHNAN & R.PARTHASARATHY, Advocates

for the petitioner and of SMT. K.REEHA KHADER, Advocate for the respondent, the court

passed the following
