               Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the passing of the final decree in
OS.82/2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Koyilandy, pending disposal of the
appeal.
               This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
16.03.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. V.V.SURENDRAN, RESMI
NANDANAN and P.A.HARISH, Advocates for the petitioner s and of
M/S.R.PARTHASARATHY and SEEMA, Advocates for Respondents 1 and 2 and of
M/S DONA PAUL and FARHAN M.M., Advocates for Respondents 6, 9 to 11, the court

                             ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

2. In W.P.(C) No. 9400 of 2020, a Full Bench of

this Court vacated the interim order dated 25.03.2020

and subsequent orders passed in the said said suo motu

proceedings by judgment dated 01.03.2021.

3. In view of the said order, the interim order

passed in this case on 29.05.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 is

sought to be extended. Hence, the interim order dated

29.05.2019 is revived and extended by three months.

Post after summer vacation.
