                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of March 2021

Petitioner has applied for temporary permit. Today when the matter was

taken up, the learned senior Government Pleader submitted that, the person who

was holding the permit had surrendered the permit and the vacant slot was

allotted to another operator. Hence, the vacant slot is not available and

consequently the application for temporary permit was rejected by the concerned

authority.

2. Even though the above submission of the Government Pleader was

recorded on 22/3/2021, the petitioner still maintain the stand that he has not

been served with copy of the order. However, if the copy of the order is not

already dispatched to the petitioner, the same shall be forwarded to the petitioner

to enable him to seek his appropriate relief in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
