itself, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

ORDER
This Court as per Ext.P14 judgment directed the
respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light
of the judgment in W.A. No.1336/2017. Ext.P15 order passed
pursuant thereto does not indicate that the issue was
considered in the light of the law laid down in W.A.
No.1336/2017.
2. In the circumstances, there will be an interim
direction to the respondents to include the name of the
petitioner's institution also in the list and make allotment of
students to the DMLT Course in the third round of allotment
onwards.
3. It is made clear that this order is provisional and
subject to the outcome of the writ petition. The students who
get admission in the College should be informed accordingly.
