02.03.2020 on the file of the Family Court, Kannur till the disposal of the Revision.


         This application coming on for admission upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.RAJESH

Crl.M.A.No.1 of 2021

There shall be an interim stay of further

proceedings based on the order in M.C.No.406 of

2017 of the Family Court, Kannur, on condition

of the petitioner remitting 1/3rd of the arrears

towards maintenance within one month and on

further condition of the petitioner paying

monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/-

(Rupees five thousand only) to the first

respondent and Rs.3,500/- (Rupees three thousand

five hundred only) to the second respondent

provisionally without fail.
