                                   JUDGMENT

Heard both sides.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner that the representation of the petitioner at Ext.P8 is pending

with the respondents and the same is not yet decided. Learned

Government pleader submits that if that be so, the representation at

Ext.P8 shall be decided by the respondents within a prescribed time

frame fixed by this Court.

3. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of,

with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation at

Ext.P8 filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the

date of communication of this judgment to the respondents by the

learned Government Pleader. The Government Pleader is directed to

intimate this judgment to the respondent forthwith.
