                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2021

When the matter was taken up, both sides had pointed out the

possibility of the dispute between the husband and the wife being

settled through mediation. Accordingly, the parties were referred to

mediation. The mediator has reported that the entire disputes have

been resolved in terms of the settlement agreement appended to the

report.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is disposed of in terms of the

settlement agreement, which shall form part of this judgment.
