        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment in R.C.P No.50/2016 on the files of the Hon'ble Rent
   Control Court, Thrissur dated 26.11.2018 which was confirmed in RCA
   No.2/2020 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur
   dated 04.03.2021, in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of MR.V.A.VINOD, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
