        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 1st respondent to provisionally renew the Dealer's
   license and issue a Certificate      to that effect forthwith, pending
   disposal of this Writ Petition (Civil).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.PHILIP J.VETTICKATTU, Advocate for the petitioner and of GOVERNEMNT
   PLEADER for respondents, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Admit.

Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

In the light of Exhibits P10 to P13 orders, there will be a direction to R1 to consider Exhibit P8 application for renewal of licence, if the application is otherwise in order, without insisting for possession certificate of the land.
