       Application praying that in the circumstances stated
   in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the
   judgment and decree in O.S No.256 of 2009 dated
   18/08/2012 on the file of the Addl.Sub court ,Palakkad
   pending consideration of the above appeal in the interest
   of justice.
       This Application again coming on for orders upon
   perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
   support thereof,and considering this court's order dated
   28/10/2019 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR), SMT.PREETHY KARUNAKARAN,
   Advocates      for    the     petitioners      and     of
