                             JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner seeks for is an

expeditious disposal of OS 55/2016 pending on the files of the Sub Court, Kannur.

2. The report called for through the Registry

indicates that the suit presently stands posted for

Commissioner's Report.

In the circumstances, this original petition is

disposed of directing the Sub Court, Kannur to

expedite the proceedings and to make every

endeavour to have the suit OS 55/2016 tried and

disposed of as expeditiously, and preferably before

the court closes for Christmas vacation 2021.
