25.01.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of January 2021

K.VINOD CHANDRAN, J.

We have conversed with the alleged detenue who is

produced before us by the 3rd respondent. She was very

categoric in saying that she wants to go with the 3rd

respondent. It is also clear from her appearance that she

is converted to Islam. We allowed her to converse with her

parents. After that, we again conversed with the father of

the alleged detenue. The father accepts the decision of

his daughter that she wants to go along with the 3rd

respondent. The detenue is also very adamant in so far as

her wish to go along with the 3rd respondent. We hence do

not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending and

we allow the alleged detenue to go along with the 3rd

respondent.

The Writ Petition (Crl) is closed accordingly.
