                               JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging Ext.P7 interim

order passed by the Joint Registrar. Learned counsel for the petitioner

submitted that, he proposes to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving his

right to raise all the contentions before the Joint Registrar including the

jurisdiction of the Joint Registrar in considering the above application.

3. Reserving his right to raise all the above objections before the

Joint Registrar, Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
