                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 19th day of January 2021

The petitioner herein is an existing stage

carriage operator on the route of Adoor-Adoor

(Circular)in relation to stage carriage No.KL 07/AY

8067 valid up to 06/10/2019. Thereafter the

petitioner obtained a clearance certificate of the

vehicle and issued on 10.03.2015 without insisting

the surrender of the permit.

The grievance of the petitioner herein is that,

Ext.P5 renewal application dated 16.09.2019 and

Ext.P6 application for temporary permit dated

05.10.2020 are pending. The present grievance is

that, Ext.P6 has not been taken up and considered.

Having considered the above limited request, I

am inclined to dispose of the original writ petition

itself, with a direction to the first respondent to

place the matter before the RTA and which shall

consider Ext.P6 application, as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the WP(C).No.21826 OF 2020

date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment, if the

application is found to be in order and in

accordance with law.
