                                JUDGMENT

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has prayed for directing the respondents to

assess the value of goods requested in his representation at Ext.P7 for

granting custom clearance in a time bound manner.

3. In the light of pleadings in paragraph 6 of the statement,

the petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned

respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's

representation at Ext.P7 within a period of one month from the date of

receipt of intimation about this order through the learned standing

counsel appearing for the respondents. Learned standing counsel for

the respondents to intimate the respondents about this order.
