Instant writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 8 th respondent not to grant administrative sanction to the annual plan/project for 2013-14 of the 7th respondent/Thiruvananthapuram District Panchayat in violation of Ext.P1 Government Order (G.O.(M.S.)No.168/12/L.S.G.D. dated 15.06.2012) and other Orders and statutory provisions governing the same;

(ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing respondents 1 to 6 and 8 to consider and take prompt and effective action on Exts P2 to P8 complaints of the petitioner as early as possible at any rate before granting administrative sanction to the annual plan/project for 2013-

14 of the 7th respondent/Thiruvananthapuram District Panchayat."

The prayers sought for is for the year 2013-2014. As on today,

nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Therefore, the

writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed.
