                             JUDGMENT

There was no appearance for the petitioner

when this matter was called today.

I notice that this Writ Petition was filed

as early as in the year 2011 and has been

continuing on the files of this Court without

any interim orders being secured.

I am, therefore, of the view that on

account of efflux of time, this Writ Petition

has become infructuous.

However, since the petitioner is not

present, I deem it appropriate to dismiss this

Writ Petition for default. It is so ordered.
