     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution/operation
of judgment and decree dated 05/12/2018 passed in OS No.483/2011 on
the file of Subordinate Judge's (Additional) Court, Palakkad, and all
further proceedings in FDIA No.933/2019 in the said case, pending
disposal of the above appeal.
      This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
order dated 21/12/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAJAN
VARGHEESE K., LIJU. M.P, JOPHY POTHEN KANDANKARY, Advocates for
the petitioner and of SRI.RAJESH SIVARAMANKUTTY, Advocate for R1,
