                           JUDGMENT

Ext.P3 is the application submitted by the

petitioner before the first respondent Revenue

Divisional Officer in Form-6 under Section 27A of

the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland

Act, 2008. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious

disposal of the application.

2. Ext.P2 is the order of the Revenue

Divisional Officer excluding the property of the

petitioner from the data bank. In view thereof,

prima facie, Ext.P3 application in Form-6 is liable

to be considered.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the first respondent to pass W. P. (C) No.4333 of 2021

appropriate orders on Ext.P3 application as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of two months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
