                             ORDER

The original petition came up for admission on

19.01.2021 on which date while ordering urgent notice to the respondents, I had granted an order

of stay of further proceedings pursuant to Exts.P5

order and P6 judgment for a period of one month.

However, due to an oversight in the office, the

order of stay was not incorporated in the order.

2. Accordingly it is ordered that, the order

dated 19.01.2021 will contain a further direction

as follows, "Further proceedings pursuant to

Exts.P5 and P6 will remain stayed for a period of

one month from 19.01.2021".

The review petition is allowed as above.
