When this matter came up for consideration, the

learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public

Prosecutor submitted that, a case is already registered.

2. In the light of the above facts, the learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he do not want

to pursue this writ petition at this stage.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as not

pressed.
