                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner who is the plaintiff in OS

24/2018 on the files of the Munsiff's Court,

Taliparamba seeks for a direction for an

expeditious disposal of the suit.

2. The suit is for mandatory injunction. The

report called for through the Registry indicates

that issues are yet to be framed in the suit. The

pendency of a number of five year plus old cases

have been mentioned therein.

Taking note of the report and of the fact that

the suit is of the year 2018, I dispose of this

original petition directing the trial court to

expedite the proceedings and to make every O. P. (C) No.1890 of 2020

endeavour to have the suit tried and disposed of

before the court closes for Christmas vacation

2021.
