                                       2

                                JUDGMENT

Petitioner herein is the permit holder in relation to vehicle No.KL-

51G-4607. He applied for a varied permit. The grievance of the

petitioner herein is that, the timing has not been settled since the

timing conference has not been convened thereafter.

2. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, I am

inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition itself with a direction that the

proposed timing as indicated in Ext.P1 shall be treated as the

provisional timing after getting the report from the concerned Motor

Vehicle Inspector and ensuring that, there is no clash of timing with the

timing of other existing operators. If there is any clash, proper changes

can be made. Appropriate orders shall be passed as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within a period of four weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is clarified that, this timing will

strictly be provisional and it should not be considered as a right by the

petitioner to claim it to be considered as the final one. It is made clear

that the above timing shall be considered as provisional, till appropriate

timing is settled in a timing conference.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
