        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   execution/operation of judgment and decree dated 05-12-2018 passed in
   O.S.No.483/2011 on the file of Subordinate Judge's
   (Additional)Court,Palakkad,and all further proceedings in FDIA no.933/2019
   in the said case,pendibg dispoal of the above appeal.




        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
