        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 18.01.2021 in
   A.S.No.24 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Sub Judge, Attingal,
   till the disposal of the Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 09.04.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.SAJEEV &
   LIGEY ANTONY, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.M.DINESH, Advocate
   for the respondent NO.1& 2, the court passed the following:
