   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to order stay of

   decree in O.S.No.97 of 2012 on the file of Subordinate Judge's Court
   ,Attingal, pending disposal of the above RFA.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 24.06.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
